Adam H. Russ is an accomplished litigator admitted to practice in New York , Massachusetts and Illinois . Born and raised just outside of Chicago , Illinois , Mr. Russ moved to New York in 1996.

Mr. Russ represents clients in a wide range of state and federal suits, arbitrations and mediations involving insurance runoff and agency disputes, complex contract and commercial claims, business torts, declaratory actions, bad faith and insurance coverage claims, wrongful termination and employment matters.

Mr. Russ has prosecuted and defended actions for clients in a variety of industries, including insurance, manufacturing, banking, health care, real estate, construction, sanitation, and art dealers/auctions.

He has litigated all manners of cases from class actions and multi-jurisdictional complex litigation to small collection matters. He provides clients with pre-litigation advice, conducts and supervises all aspects of litigation including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, trials, and structured settlements.

Mr. Russ also performs a broad range of legal activities in areas complementary to his litigation practice, such as commercial and business transactions, including corporate formation, acquisition and governance, purchases and sales of assets, insurance agency and claims administration agreements, leasing and the purchase and sale of residential property, and estate administration and probate.

Mr. Russ graduated from the University of Illinois ( Champaign / Urbana ) with a B.A. in 1992 and from DePaul University College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1995. Prior to founding Wasser & Russ, LLP Mr. Russ was a partner in the Manhattan law firm of Felcher Fox & Litner P.C.
